Experience how the daily business in an international company works and get to know our administration and IT while starting your career from right at the base. The topic remains the same because we’re all about our beauty and health platform. The tasks and expertise to be trained in at our HQ are a bit broader than from those at our stores, though. Just have a look around – we’re sure, you will find something that suits you.

Designer for Visual Marketing (m/f/x)
You know that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder? Why don’t you combine your passion for beauty with your design skills in the apprenticeship for visual marketing at Douglas? You will use your creativity for ideas and concepts that offer the perfect stage for our products in our shop windows or on the sales floor. You will create a whole new world with attractive product presentation thereby taking our customers on a journey. There are no limits to your creativity. Sounds good? The FactsTime for you:The completion of your apprenticeship will take 3 years and will take place at our stores and in professional school
Design talent:You impress with creative ideas for our products in our shop windows or on the sales floor

Come into the team and be part of THE NEXT GEN behind THE CODE BEHIND BEAUTY. Your office is the place to be for all company internal IT questions and you will support your colleagues with all problems and develop solutions for these problems. You will also design and develop specific IT systems while expanding the functionality of our systems by optimizing scripts and programs. For you, there’s a beauty to system. How we do it.
You want to train at the Douglas HQ? Cool. We will explain our application process step by step.
First things first: screening and selecting
After advertising all vacancies, we collect and then screen all applications for the required qualifications of the particular vacancies. This typically involves checking report cards, practical experience, entry dates and much more to be sure that everything fits. Afterwards, we hand our selection over to the respective specialist department which ultimately decides which one of the pre-selected candidates we would like to get to know better.Welcome: you are part of the NEXT GEN
In order to welcome new members of the NEXT GEN BEHIND BEAUTYand to get to know each other, we start with a „socialising week“. We assemble all apprentices from the HQ and distribution and get them acquainted with thei new tasks. To make sure, that you really get to know each aspect and dimension of THE NEXT GEN you will also spend some time working at our stores.
Face to face: our first Date
As soon as the specialist department has made their decision, we prepare a task or an assessment center to check relevant skills in advance. This way, everybody gets a chance to impress us face to face and we are also able to give a little outlook on how it is to work at DOUGLAS. Subsequently, a jury of co-workers from the specialist department and HR decides who makes the cut. Sometimes we even give acceptances on the spot.
