This means driving the development of our retail operating system and delivering best-in-class concepts, designs, and features for our customers. Our teams are groups of diverse, highly skilled, and enthusiastic people with a wide range of knowledge – supported by solid structures and supportive leadership.

THE CODE BEHIND BEAUTY is primarily Java, React & NodeJS in one of the best eCommerce Systems. When building custom solutions for store devices we also use C# .Net – however, we strongly believe that people and autonomy are more important than tools. Our teams are made up of a maximum of 10 people: QA engineers, front-end and back-end developers, product owners, scrum masters and dedicated UX designers.

We invest in the best tools, a good work setup and the skills of every team member. We run high-paced projects and provided time to learn, exchange and experiment. We work self-organized and cross-functional with agile methods, like Scrum or Kanban. Of course, we use test-driven development (TDD), pair programming or continuous delivery.
